Melissa Castelly, the Managing Parter of HR, spent most of her career protecting organizations. ​Now she dedicates herself to educating employees on their rights and acting as their HR advisor ​outside of their HR department. Her background as an HR executive, an HR senior leader in the ​military, and an employee relations expert in the public sector, has equipped her with the skills ​to conduct thorough investigations, draft detailed case reports, and collaborate with legal ​entities.
